M.A. 444/2018 (Restoration) Mr. Gaurav Dhingra, brother of the respondent no.2 and Mrs. Suman Dhingra, mother of the respondent no.2 are present on behalf of the respondent no.2 and submit that the respondent no.2 is unwell. As vide the present petition, the petitioners seeks the restoration of the petition, dismissed in default and for non-prosecution on 20.10.2015, it is essential that the respondent no.2 be heard.
