shown as M-99 Ground Floor South City Phase - 1, Gurgaon, Haryana125001. Hence, the address of the judgment-debtor No. 1 should be continued to be shown as M-99 Ground Floor South City Phase- 1, Gurgaon, Haryana- 125001. He further states that this is the only the address of the judgment-debtor and there is no prayer of the decree-holder for attaching the said property. 4.

I am unable to agree with the same.

5.

Once there is a duly registered sale deed showing the applicant as the absolute owner of the property, the same address cannot be shown as the address of the judgment-debtor. The applicant cannot be concerned as to why the said property is shown as the address of the judgment-debtor (the entity against whom there is an executable money decree).

6.

The property is shown as being an address of judgment-debtor would have some kind of fetters to its enjoyment which cannot be permitted. 7.

In view of the above, the decree holder is at liberty to find fresh address of the judgment debtor company and may file an amended Memo of Parties.

8.

For the said reasons, the application is allowed and the address of the judgment debtor shall not be read as M-99 Ground Floor South City Phase- 1, Gurgaon, Haryana - 125001.
