% 08.05.2018 Ms. Rani Mehta has mentioned the matter and seeks correction of errors in the judgement dated 13th April, 2018. The first error she points out is that in paragraph 13 of the judgment she is wrongly described as "one of the daughters", when in fact she is the only daughter of Shri Ved Parkash. The sentence in paragraph 13 may be read as "13. On the other hand, Defendant No.3 - Ms. Rani Mehta, the daughter of Sh. Ved Parkash, who appeared in person, submitted that the death of Smt. Maya Devi took place in 1985 and the present suit for partition was instituted only in 2010." The second error she points out is in paragraph 15 in the extracted portion of the testimony of PW-2 Smt. Kamlesh Malhotra where her mother's death is being reflected as 1995, whereas it ought to be 1985. The said extract is a verbatim extract from the cross examination of PW-2. In paragraph 4 of the judgement dated 13th April, 2018 the date of demise of Smt. Maya Devi is correctly recorded as 10th April 1985. Hence, no correction is needed on this count.

The present corrigendum be uploaded along with the judgement dated 13th April, 2018.
