By filing the instant transfer petition, the petitioner is praying for transferring the Civil Appeal No.83/2014 (New No.61147/2016) titled as Smt.Nutan Singh vs. M/s L.V.Enterprises & Anr. pending in the Court of Ms.Sugandha Aggarwal, ADJ-01 (West District), Tis Hazari Court, Delhi to any other Court having territorial jurisdiction to hear and adjudicate the matter.

Today learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record copy of the order dated 23rd May, 2017 passed by learned ADJ, West District, Delhi whereby learned ADJ has held that since respondents/defendants are having their business premises in West District, the Court has the territorial jurisdiction to try the present appeal.
