% 01.05.2015 Petitioner has given his Delhi address as Flat No. 173, Pratap Nagar, Near Hari Nagar, Delhi, which has been verified by the respondent. By this writ petition, petitioner seeks furlough. Reasons, for which petitioner seeks furlough, have not been spelled out in the petition. Earlier, petitioner had filed a petition being WP (Crl.) No. 2507/2014 seeking parole for filing the Special Leave Petition, wherein he was directed to give his Delhi address. He gave his Delhi address as Flat No. 173, Pratap Nagar, Near Hari Nagar, Delhi - 110064, where one Shri Kanwaljit Singh Chawla was found residing there, who stated that he was not willing to keep the petitioner in his

premises.

This writ petition is dismissed.
