Mr. K.S. Bhati accepts notice on behalf of respondent. By this application the petitioner seeks recalling of the order dated 15th December, 2017. Contention of the petitioner is that he never withdrew the writ petition.

Even though the contention of petitioner is incorrect, however, as the petitioner wishes to challenge the order dated 15th December, 2017, the same is modified retaining paras 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 & 8 and deleting para 6 in the order dated 15th December, 2017.

Application is disposed of. Order dasti.
