% 28.04.2015 Learned Additional Standing Counsel, on the instructions of SI Vikas Malik, submits that letter has been sent to Economic Offence Wing (EOW) on 15th December, 2014 requesting them to provide I.P. address in respect of email dated 1st May, 2012 which is involved in the FIR and the response is awaited. It is further submitted that SI Vikas Malik has personally spoken to the concerned Investigating Officer of EOW as well who has assured that address and details about IP address would be provided within two to three weeks. In view of this statement, present writ petition has not been pressed and the same is disposed of accordingly.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
