Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent no.1 to stop and demolish the illegal and unauthorised construction on the property privately numbered as I-B, Noor Nagar, Jamia Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi-110025 measuring about 300 sq. yds. 2.

None appears for the petitioner today. The same was the position on the last date. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 states that appropriate action in accordance with law has already been initiated and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. 3.

In any event since none is present on behalf of the petitioner, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter any further. The petition alongwith pending applications is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
