% 12.05.2017 The petitioner had earlier approached the court of sessions seeking cancellation of bail in favour of respondent nos.2 to 5 in case FIR no.1118/2015 of police station Ambedkar Nagar as had been granted by the court of sessions by order dated 12.01.2016. The sessions court by order dated 17.04.2017 was not impressed with the said application and dismissed it taking note of the fact that regular bail actually had been granted by the court of the Metropolitan Magistrate on 19.08.2016, noticeably the order dated 12.01.2016 of the court of session being an order of anticipatory bail. The learned sessions court is correct in observing that there is no instance of intimidation shown post grant of regular bail by the Metropolitan Magistrate on 19.08.2017.

Therefore, the petition is devoid of substance and is dismissed. Consequently, the accompanying applications also stands dismissed. R.K.GAUBA, J MAY 12, 2017/yg
