% 07.05.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner impugns order dated 07.05.2016 whereby ad interim maintenance was fixed. Learned counsel for the petitioner under instructions from the petitioner, who is present in Court, submits that since final arguments have been heard, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise the issues afresh, after the pronouncement of the final judgment, if the need so arises.

Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. All rights and contentions of parties are reserved.

Interim order dated 21.09.2019 is vacated.

Copy of the order be forwarded to the Trial Court for information.
