% 19.02.2019 After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to file fresh petition for quashing of the FIR in question on the basis of the Settlement of 18th October, 2016 to which respondent No. 2 is a signatory.

Respondent No. 2-Reema Gupta, present in the Court, submits that she is also known by the name of Nupur Gupta. In view of the aforesaid, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
