The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "a) Issue a writ /writs, direction/directions order or orders in the nature of writ of certiorari or writ of appropriate nature thereby quashing the FIR bearing number 192 of 2018 , registered at police station Shahdara, Delhi on dated 5.7.2018 under section 325 read with section 34 of Indian penal code qua the petitioner or thereby directing the respondent to delete the name of the petitioner arrayed as accused in the said FIR or in any proceeding arising out of the said FIR; and b) Issue a writ /writs direction/directions, order or orders in the nature of writ of mandamus thereby directing the respondent No.
