% 08.04.2015 CM 5468/2015 This is an application seeking correction of a typographical error in the judgment dated 23.02.2015. In paragraph 1 of the said judgment, there is a reference to Khasra number '21/25 (4-6)'.

This is incorrect.

The learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 also agrees that the correct Khasra number is '31/25' though the extent of the land in the Khasra remains the same, that is, 4 bighas and 6 biswas. Consequently, the judgment dated 23.02.2015 shall be read, inter alia, as referring to Khasra No. '31/25 (4-6)' instead of '21/25 (4-6)'. The application is allowed as above. There is another typographical error in the said judgment. In the Coram, the name of Justice Siddharth Mridul needs to be substituted by the name of Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva.
