The application is allowed.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties at length without entering into the controversy on merit, interest of justice would be met in case the appellant herein is granted one more opportunity to represent her LPA 447/2018

case before the statutory authority and seek indulgence. 2.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, we direct that the appellant shall appear before the competent authority along with copy of this order and a detailed representation with regard to her case on 24.08.2018 at 11:00 a.m. and thereafter the competent statutory authority after considering her representation and taking note of her submissions shall proceed in the matter in accordance with law.

Needless to emphasise that in case the appellant commits any default in appearing on the date and time as fixed hereinabove, the competent authority shall be free to proceed in accordance with law without granting any further opportunity. Till a fresh order is passed as directed hereinabove, the implementation of the order dated 16.02.2018 shall be kept in abeyance. 4.

In view of the above, the appeal stands disposed of along with the pending application.
