Mr Parvinder Chauhan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that he has received instructions from the Minister Urban (Govt. of NCT of Delhi) indicating that the occupants of the site in question had met the concerned Minister and had agreed to the conditions stipulated by DUSIB. They had sought further time till the end of winter for vacating the site in question. Mr Chauhan requests that the time as indicated in the order dated 02.08.2018 be suitably extended.

Keeping in view that the occupants may face difficulties on being evicted in the winter season, this Court extends the time for evicting the illegal occupants in question for a further period of 10 weeks from today. However, the respondent shall ensure that the site is vacated on or before

20.02.2019 under any circumstances.

The petition is disposed of with the above directions. 4.

If this order is not complied with, the petitioner would be at liberty to move an appropriate application under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. VIBHU BAKHRU, J DECEMBER 03, 2018 pkv
