% 08.01.2019 Learned counsel Mr. Aakar Bhardwaj present on behalf of the respondent who is stated to have already expired, seeks time to seek instructions as to whether he representing the proposed legal heirs of the respondent.

Placed on record is CM.APPL. No.54863/18, an application under Order XXII Rule 4 filed on behalf of the petitioner, copy of which be supplied to the learned counsel present who was previously representing the respondent. Notice of the application be issued to the proposed legal heirs of the deceased/respondent mentioned in para 3 as Lr No.3(a) to 3(d) on taking of steps by the petitioner through all permissible modes, process returnable for 28.03.2019. The interim order dated 01.12.2017 is extended till the next date of hearing.
