Learned Addl. PP, under instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that no CCTV camera was found in the vicinity of the house of the prosecutrix.

Learned counsel appearing for the prosecutrix submits that the CCTV cameras were very much present and the Investigating Officer has never visited the vicinity to collect the footage from the CCTV cameras.

The prosecutrix submits that she would be in a position to point out the CCTV cameras where the footage could have been captured. 4.
Investigating Officer is directed to collect the footage from the CCTV cameras and also take the assistance of the prosecutrix for BAIL APPLN. 1966/2018
identifying the CCTV cameras where the footage could have been captured and thereafter submit a report in terms of order dated 26.11.2018.
