% 05.05.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 14th February, 2017 passed in W.P.(C) No.1247/2017, wherein the counsel for respondents made a statement that the respondents under a written intimation shall inform the petitioner of the facilities which are ordinarily available to a Telephone Operator and what are the facilities which had been provided to the petitioner. Counsel for the respondents had further stated that if any further facilities are to be provided, the same shall be provided within four weeks.

In the present contempt petition, it has been averred that despite writing several letters, respondents have not complied with the aforesaid order till date.

Today learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice, has handed over an officer order No.29 dated 03rd May, 2017. The relevant portion of the said order reads as under:- "The following arrangement will take place with immediate effect:- Sr.No.

Name and From To Designation 1.

Ms.Geeta Sharma Telephone Operator Delhi University Telephone Exchange Department of Education Note:-

1. This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.

2. The transfer stands relieved from her respective posting with immediate effect to enable her to join the new place of posting.

3. No Leave will be sanctioned to transferee till she join her new place of posting."

In view of the aforesaid office order, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions of the petitioner, states that he is satisfied. Consequently, the present contempt petition is disposed of as satisfied.

In the event the petitioner has any difficulty, she is given liberty to revive the present contempt petition.
