% 30.08.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 23.03.2017 (Annexure-B), therefore, FIR No.

308/2014 under Sections 420/468/471/120-B IPC registered at Police Station Vasant Kunj (North) on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed. Ms. Harleen Singh, Attorney of respondent no. 2 is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Sandeep Sharma, P.S. Vasant Kunj (North). Attorney of respondent no. 2 has identified signatures

of respondent No.2 on all pages of Annexure-B at point 'X'. Petitioners have paid ` 23 lacs to the attorney of respondent No. 2 vide two demand drafts, photocopies whereof have been placed on record. Attorney of respondent No. 2 admits that respondent No. 2 has already received ` 10 lacs out of total amount of ` 33 lacs. Attorney of respondent No. 2 says she has instructions from respondent No. 2 to convey to Court that respondent No. 2 has no objection in case FIR is quashed. FIR is an outcome of a commercial transaction between respondent No. 2 and petitioners. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 23.03.2017, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 308/2014 under Sections 420/468/471/120-B IPC registered at Police Station Vasant Kunj (North) and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
