Applying the doctrine of forum convenience, it may not be appropriate for this Court to entertain the present writ petition as the private respondents and the official respondents are based in Mumbai.

Counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw the present writ petition and approach the appropriate High Court. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
