O R D E R

% 13.12.2017 By this petition the petitioner seeks directions to take appropriate action against respondent No.4 and to pay damages for the loss of his reputation by respondent No.4. Respondent No.4 in the present petition is Station House Officer of PS Anand Vihar.

In the writ petition, the petitioner narrates the earlier sequence of events in respect of a dispute of land existing in the revenue record in the name of Smt.Bhagwati Devi at village Karkardooma, for which he claims to be the Special Power Attorney. The same being not relevant to the present petition, is not being further adverted to.

It is stated in the petition that respondent No.4 SHO, PS Anand Vihar in collusion with the third parties, has started harassing the petitioner to surrender the possession of the aforesaid property. No instance of the said

harassment has been given. It is further stated that on 25th January, 2017, respondent No.4 called the petitioner to the police station through his Reader under the pretext that the record of criminals relating to properties are being maintained, the petitioner was humiliated and his photographs were also taken without his consent. Petitioner made a call to PCR at 100 number wherein he complained that "Anand Vihar - ACP or Inspector Ne Caller Ke Sath Misbehave Keya Hai"

From the call and the allegations in the petition it is apparent that initially, though as per the petition the allegations are against the SHO, PS Anand Vihar but ACP is also being tried to be roped in. A detailed conversation of the petitioner has transpired on the PCR call wherein it is recorded that the petitioner is threatening to finish his life and the PCR officials pacifying him.

In the entire petition no time has been indicated as to when the petitioner was called in the police station on 25th January, 2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the Status Report it is admitted that the petitioner was called at police station Anand Vihar. A perusal of the Status Report does not reveal so, rather the Status Report states that on 25th January, 2017, the petitioner called the police by dialling 100 number and alleged that the Inspector and ACP misbehaved with him. A perusal of the Status Report also reveals that the petitioner is also involved in three FIRs being FIR No.221/2013, FIR No.428/2015 and FIR No.387/2016 all registered at PS Anand Vihar. As per the Status Report no photographs of the petitioner were taken.

The allegations in the petition being vague and peremptory in nature,

this Court finds no ground to proceed in the petition any further. Petition is dismissed.
