% 09.08.2018 The parties have settled the dispute before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, New Delhi vide settlement agreement dated 15.05.2018.

The settlement agreement is signed by all the parties. The settlement agreement is also signed by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and by the learned mediator.

The terms and conditions of the settlement agreement are legal and valid.

A decree is passed in terms of the settlement agreement dated 15.05.2018. The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement.

The suit stands disposed of. All the pending applications, if any, also stands disposed of.
