% 09.07.2024 Mr. Udit Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in these matters submits, that during the pendency of the proceedings, the petitioner/H.B. Chaturvedi has passed away on 05.12.2022. Mr. Sharma points-out that vide status report dated 17.02.2024, this fact has been verified and confirmed by the respondent in these matters. Counsel submits, that in fact proceedings before the learned Special Judge have also abated.

In the present circumstances, as prayed-for, the present petitions are disposed-of as infructuous.
