2. Notice. Mr. Avtar Singh, learned counsel for the Respondents accepts notice.

3. The Petitioner's refund application has been pending with the Respondent DVAT Department since 21st March, 2014. According to the Petitioner, there is no further requirement to be met.

4. In that view of the matter, it is directed that not later than four weeks from W.P.(C) 3631/2017

today the refund amount together with the interest due thereon shall be paid by the DVAT Department into the Petitioner's account. If there is any noncompliance with this direction, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
