Learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, states that the appellant has undergone the entire sentence awarded to him and paid the fine imposed upon him by the Trial Court. He states that the appellant, having understood the consequences, does not wish to press the present appeal on merits and seeks leave to withdraw the same. 3.
