% 22.05.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 submits that Election Commissioners, namely, Shri. A.K. Behra and Shri S.M. Arif (both Advocates) were appointed and a request was sent to the Chairman of C.A.T. for nominating a judicial officer to get the election conducted for a new executive committee and its office bearers. It is submitted that petitioner objected to the appointment of one of the Election Commissioners on the ground that appointment is made by the Executive Committee, which is not in accordance with the Rules. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 submits that AGM will be held in the first week of July, 2017 for nominating two Election Commissioners afresh. It is further submitted that thereafter, election would be conducted on the date to be decided by the

Election Commissioners.

In view of the above statement of respondent no.3, present petition has not been pressed at this stage and the same is disposed of accordingly. A.K. PATHAK, J.
