% 27.10.2016 The present Transfer Petition has been filed under Section 24 of the CPC. The petitioner seeks transfer of the appeal titled as "Sahu Brothers & Ors. vs. Manju Seth" pending before the Court of District Judge, Rent Control Tribunal, North District, Rohini, Delhi to some other court of competent jurisdiction.

Notice of this petition was sent to the respondent but despite service none is present.

As per the petition, the appeal has been listed on various dates but no effective proceedings were carried out as the office of the District Judge, Rent Control, North District, Rohini, Delhi was lying vacant. It is further submitted that in the meantime the respondent is pressing for execution. In view of the above, the appeal is transferred to the court of District Judge, Rent Control Tribunal, North-West District, Rohini, Delhi. The petition stands disposed of. All pending application also stand TRP (C) 98/2016

disposed of as allowed. However, there shall be no execution of the Eviction Petition till 15.11.2016.

This time has been given for the purpose of enabling the petitioner to press his appeal before the concerned court. Copy of order be given Dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
