% 05.05.2017 The petitioner is yet to comply with the order dated 27.4.2017. It is requested that in view of financial problems needful could not be done. Two weeks' time is sought to make the payment.

In the interest of justice, the period for complying with the order dated 27.04.2017 is extended by two weeks. It is made clear that in case a sum of Rs.40 lacs is not deposited by the petitioner with the respondent within two weeks from today the injunction order passed will automatically stand vacated.

This petition is also referred for further adjudication before the learned Arbitrator appointed today in Arb.P. 282/2017 who may treat it as a petition under section 17 of the Act. The learned Arbitrator is free to

amend/modify or revoke the interim order passed by this court on 27.4.2017 as per law.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.

Parties to appear before the Delhi International Arbitration Centre on 30.5.2017 at 2:00 PM.
