The application stands disposed-off.

BAIL APPLN. 1932/2018 Issue notice. Ms. Radhika Kolluru, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State accepts notice. She states upon instructions that the petitioner's name figures in the supplementary statement and he may be required for investigation.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No. 449/2018 registered under sections 186/353/332/34 IPC & section 3 of PDPP ACT, 1984 at Police Station, Nand Nagri. It is the petitioner's case that till date he has not been called upon by the police to join investigation and that he is ready and willing to join the same. Let him report to the Investigating Officer

tomorrow at 11.00 am and on all such dates when he is so required. In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in FIR No. 449/2018 registered under sections 186/353/332/34 IPC & section 3 of PDPP ACT, 1984 at Police Station, Nand Nagri, he be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with a surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer, subject to the following conditions: (i) the petitioner shall continue to participate in the investigation as and when he is so intimated by the Investigating Officer; (ii) he shall make no attempt, directly or indirectly, to contact the complainant or his relatives or close associates; (iii) his mobile phone number shall be operational at all times, so that the police could contact him;

(iv) he shall not make any effort to evade the process of law; and (v) in case of change of the phone numbers or address, the petitioner shall inform the police forthwith.

Observation made in this order shall have no bearing on the merits of the case.
