% 29.09.2015 Parties have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on the terms and conditions as stipulated in Settlement Agreement dated 23rd September, 2015. Settlement Agreement is marked as 'Mark C-1'. Settlement Agreement has been signed by the parties as also by counsels for parties besides Mediator. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of 'Mark C-1'.

Suit is disposed of in terms of Settlement. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.

Since parties have settled their disputes through the mediation process, court fee be refunded to the plaintiff and necessary certificate be issued by the Registry in this regard.
