Mr Jagjit Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Judgment Debtor states that in terms of the order dated 14.09.2016, the Judgment Debtor has remitted a sum of `4,57,016/- to the Decree Holder after deducting a sum of `9,140/- as Tax at Source (TDS). In view of the aforesaid statement, the Award in favour of the Decree Holder is satisfied. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
