As per the order passed on 27th February, 2018, Mr. Rahul Bakshi, learned counsel for the DDA submits that Flat No.291, Second Floor (LIG Category), Kondli, Gharoli, Delhi, stands allotted to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this address is incomplete and that, at the said address, no flat can be traced. This is not an aspect which should detain this Court. The petitioner is permitted to meet the Assistant Director, LIG (Housing), and ascertain the exact address and location of the flat allotted to him. 2.

In view of the fact that a flat stands allotted to the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition which is disposed of as such. Needless to say, if there is still any ambiguity on the exact address and location of the flat allotted to the petitioner, the W.P.(C). 4281/2015

petitioner shall be at liberty to move this Court by means of an appropriate application in this regard.
