% 06.09.2017 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with FIR No.30/2017 (P.S. Vijay Vihar) dated 07.01.2017 instituted for offences under Sections 452/323/354-B/506/34 IPC. The petitioner is related to the complainant and there appears to be a family dispute. Though it is alleged in the FIR that the petitioner made an attempt to disrobe the complainant but from the attendant circumstances, this appears to be a family dispute.

The petitioner was granted interim protection to enable him to participate in the investigation and the petitioner has been continuously, ever since, participating in the investigation.

Ms.Neelam Sharma, APP testifies to the aforesaid facts on the instructions of the IO of the case.

Needless to state that the petitioner shall continue to participate in the investigation.

Taking the aforesaid facts into account, this Court is inclined to confirm the interim bail granted to the petitioner. In the event of arrest or surrender, the petitioner shall be released on bail on his furnishing bond in the sum of Rs.5,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/Court. The application is disposed of.
