% 04.05.2018 Mr.Aroraa, learned Standing counsel for the NDMC appears during the proceedings and submits that amongst others the files relating to the subject matter of the petition have come to be transferred to NDMC by DDA. Let a complete set of paper book be furnished to Mr. Aroraa within three days.

On such submission of the paper book, let NDMC take up the matter for inviting any application and/or documents as may be required and/or clarify its own stand within six weeks. Any decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner on the fresh address, if any, which shall be furnished along with the paper book within three days as also to the counsel for the petitioner.
