% 09.01.2019 Additional affidavit of the DCP concerned have been filed in terms of the order dated 15th January, 2018. Learned counsel for the respondent states that the copy of the same has not been received by him. Learned APP for the State submits that the same was couriered yesterday to the learned counsel for the respondent.

Be that as it may, another copy of the additional affidavit of the DCP concerned has been handed over to the learned counsel for the respondent. Learned counsel for the respondent seeks time to file response to the additional affidavit. The same be filed within four weeks. List on 14th August, 2019.
