By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to re-establish social ties and file a Special Leave Petition. 2.

A status report has been handed over which is taken on record. As per the status report, the family of the petitioner comprises of his parents who are residing at House No.950, 4th Floor, Gali Chasrin, Farashkhana, W.P.(CRL) 2460/2018

Delhi. The petitioner has five sisters, all of whom are married, two of whom are living in the neighbourhood. As per the nominal roll, the petitioner is not involved in any other offence. Further when the appeal filed by the petitioner was pending before the Court, the petitioner was granted interim suspension of sentence initially for a period of two weeks with effect from 6th December, 2017 which period was further extended by this Court for another period of 2 weeks.

Considering the fact that there is no allegation that the petitioner misused the concession of interim suspension of sentence granted to him, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. 6.

Petition is disposed of.
