% 02.05.2017 The learned additional standing counsel for the respondent / State submits that investigation of case FIR 734/2016 of police station Jamia Nagar initially registered for offences under Section 323, 341, 34 IPC has already been transferred to District Investigation Unit (DIU) of South-east District.

In this view, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not press the petition for any further relief and would rather like to withdraw it.

The petition and the accompanying application are disposed of accordingly.
