Ordinarily in view of the blatant contempt of court committed by the respondents this Court was inclined to forthwith issue proceedings for contempt of court as also issue bailable warrants of arrest, however, after the matter was passed-over counsel for the respondents states that in terms of the consent order passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court on 15.1.2018, though the suit premises were to be vacated by 29.6.2018, but have not been vacated till date, however by 5.7.2018 possession of the suit premises will be positively handed over to the appellants directly or through

their counsel.
