% 18.05.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that on account of an inadvertent error and miscommunication, notice was issued directing that licences would be renewed for a period of six months. He submits that the Authority has recalled the said notice and all licences are now valid only till 01.06.2017.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Authority submits that the Authority tenders an unconditional apology. In view of the above, I am of the view that this petition need not be proceeded with.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
