O R D E R

% 15.11.2017 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the employees of the complainant in FIR No.175/2017 under Sections 381/451/408 IPC registered at Police Station Mangolpuri, Delhi. The case primarily concerns theft of some property of the complainant. A Status Report has been handed over by the State is taken on record. According to the status report, the petitioners have joined the investigation. They have been granted anticipatory bail on 28.04.2017, which was extended on 20.07.2017 to till date. The petitioners' counsel states that the petitioners shall continue to participate in the investigation. They are directed to do so.

In the circumstances, the interim order dated 28.04.2017 stands

confirmed.

The petition, alongwith pending application, stands disposed off in the above terms.

Nothing stated in these orders shall be deemed to be an adjudication on the merits of the case.
