A Petition under Article 226 and 227 Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking quashing of FIR No.164/2017 under Section 420/467/471/120B IPC P.S. Punjabi Bagh on the ground that no offence has been committed by the Petitioners.

Learned counsel for the Respondent submits that the Chargesheet has been field in the Court on 10.04.2024 and is pending for cognizance. The Petitioner have been put in Column No.12 because of non-availability of the signatures of the Petitioners for the corresponding period.
