Mr. Satyakam, Additional Standing Counsel accepts notice and assures the Court that within one week from today, the refund application of the Petitioner would be processed and orders will be issued by the Respondents Department. It is directed that within two weeks from today, the refund amount together with interest payable thereon will be deposited to the Petitioner's account directly by the Department. If there is any noncompliance with this order, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
