% 28.07.2017 Petitioner is facing trial for the offence under Section 306 IPC. He is in custody for the last about 11 months. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that material witnesses have already been examined. FIR was registered on the complaint of PW1, mother of the deceased. In the FIR, PW1 has alleged that petitioner used to give tuitions to her daughter. Petitioner kidnapped her daughter on 4th January, 2013, thereafter, he married her daughter without disclosing that he was already married and was even having children. PW1 also alleged that her daughter used to tell her that petitioner troubles her.

Learned APP has opposed the grant of bail to petitioner. She contends that petitioner had taken the daughter of PW1 with him and

married her without disclosing that he was already married. She further submits that marriage between the petitioner and daughter of PW1 was annulled as petitioner was already married.

After annulment, petitioner again kidnapped her and used to trouble her. Being fed up with the harassment at the hands of petitioner, she committed suicide. Keeping in mind totality of the circumstances, petitioner is admitted to bail subject to furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
