The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeks following prayers:- "It is therefore most respectfully prayed to this Hon'ble Court that it may graciously be pleased to:
a. pass appropriate writ order/direction in the nature of certiorari or of any appropriate nature whereby quashing the FIR being No. 66/2013 under Sections 420/468/471 IPC registered at PS Safdarjung Enclave; b. pass any other order necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that investigation in the present FIR is complete and chargesheet stands filed before the Court of competent jurisdiction. It is further submitted that the matter is now fixed for miscellaneous proceedings. 3.
In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the latter, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to agitate the grounds taken herein before the learned Trial Court at appropriate stage in accordance with law.
