% 12.03.2018 Status report has been filed with regard to the assessment/ data of actual implementation of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) evolved by the DMRC.

Learned counsel for the DMRC submits that from time to time, the

implementation of the SOP shall also be monitored. The said undertaking is taken on record. The DMRC is directed to follow its SOP regularly and it should not remain only a paper exercise.

In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are called for in the present petition. The same stands disposed of.
