The present suit has been placed before the court by the Registrar(Original) stating inter alia that the same has been received from the court of the District & Sessions Judge, South District, New Delhi in terms of the order dated 17.5.2016 stating that the matter does not pertain to the South District.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that the case pertains to SouthEast District, New Delhi and the file may be directed to be forwarded to the South-East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi. Ordered accordingly. 3.

The Registry is directed to transmit the case file to the concerned court at the earliest.
