Nos. 16229-30/2017 (Section 151 CPC) The only prayer pressed by the learned counsel for petitioner is that Regional Committee may be directed to consider the case of petitioner on or before 2nd May, 2017, which is the cut off date fixed by the Supreme Court. It is submitted that reply to the show cause notice has already been filed by the petitioner on 28th February, 2017 before the Regional Committee, as recorded in the order dated 1st March, 2017 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 627/2017 titled Shimla College of Education vs. National Council for

Teacher Education & Anr.

This writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the Regional Committee to consider the case of petitioner on merits, in accordance with law, in the meetings, which are stated to be continuing and communicate the decision to the petitioner. It is directed that decision be taken before 2nd May, 2017.

Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.

Copy of this order be given dasti to the counsel (s) for the parties under the signatures of Court Master.
