% 06.05.2016 The case has been received from the Court of Learned Registrar (Original) whereas vide order dated 15.01.2016 Learned District & Session Judge (South) Saket Court stated that the suit property is situated at Kotla Mubarakpur which falls within the jurisdiction of South-East District, however, as per the memo of parties on record it shows that parties are residents of Andrews Ganj, Sewa Nagar and Kotla Mubarakpur which also falls within the jurisdiction of South-East District.

In view of the submission and circumstances, let the matter be sent before the Learned District & Session Judge (South-East District ) Saket Court, Delhi by recalling the order dated 26.11.2015. Parties be directed to appear before the Learned District & Session Judge (South-East District) Saket Court, Delhi on 03.08.2016.
