Mr. Srivastava, who, appears on an advance notice on behalf of the respondent says that he has instructions to convey to the Court that the notice of termination dated 20.7.2018, shall be withdrawn and instead it has been supplanted with a notice to cure.

A copy of notice to cure dated 16.8.2018 has been produced in Court. 3.1 A copy of the same has also been furnished to Mr. Sethi, learned senior counsel and his associates, who, appears for the petitioner. 4.
