Learned counsel for the petitioner has tendered in Court the office order dated 27.04.2017 which suspends the transfer orders of the petitioner of which the petitioner is aggrieved. Mr. S. Rajappa, on instructions, states that the said office order dated 27.04.2017 although

does not purport to cancel the impugned transfer orders but as a matter of fact, the impugned transfer order of the petitioner stands cancelled by virtue of the office order dated 27.04.2017. He states that if the respondent decides to transfer the petitioner, the fresh orders in that respect shall be issued.

In view of the aforesaid, this petition become infructuous and is therefore disposed of accordingly.
